Adeleon acquires tic Medizintechnik

As of January 1, 2026, Adeleon Familienholding GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares in tic Medizintechnik GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Dorsten. With this acquisition, Adeleon expands its portfolio to include the medical technology sector and consistently continues its long-term growth strategy.

tic Medizintechnik is a German mid-sized medical technology company with a successful track record of more than 25 years. The company combines research, development, sales and service under one roof and develops solutions that support patients, among others, in functional diagnostics as well as in the fields of pelvic floor and incontinence therapy, pain treatment and rehabilitation.

The acquisition is part of an entrepreneurial succession solution. The transition is deliberately designed to ensure continuity: Mr. Bügener and Mr. Höring will gradually assume management responsibilities, while the former managing directors and owners, Mr. Schnellenbach and Dr. Kleeberg, will continue to support the company during a transition phase and subsequently contribute as members of the advisory board.
